BetMGM is one of the biggest names in regulated online gaming in North America, and it’s coming to Alberta. The July 13 launch date is confirmed and BetMGM is expected to be in the first wave of licensed operators when the market goes live.

What’s Coming

BetMGM is bringing both online casino and sports betting to Alberta under one platform. Based on their Ontario product, Alberta players can expect over 9,500 casino games — slots, live dealer, table games, and video poker — plus a full sportsbook. BetMGM also operates one of the largest online poker networks in Canada alongside bwin and partypoker, so a poker product is likely on the table as well.
